Orchid Systems is holding a 2 Day Implementation Training course at the River Rock Hotel (Capilano Room) on Friday, March 9th and Saturday, March 10th from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The cost is $400 CDN for 1 attendee, $300 CDN Each for 2 Attendees from the same firm, $250 Each for 3 or more attendees from the same firm. Attendees must have the Orchid modules and SAMLTD sample data loaded on their notebook computers.  To register please email Robert Lavery.

Service Manager 6.0 Certificate Course (3 days)

Technisoft’s Service Manager 6.0 Certification course March 9th-11th will cover basic setup, typical workflows and several of the Add-on modules. This will be a full recertification course that will include all new features introduced in Service Manager 5.6B and 6.0A including a full session on the new Advanced Scheduling module. This course is practical and hands-on.

The course will help you to improve customer service by providing you with the skills necessary to support and understand the many features in Service Manager. The course is recommended for those who have trained on Service Manager previously and wish to gain recertification, as well as for new Business Partners or End Users wishing to learn the secrets of using Service Manager.

We encourage a review of Service Manager Update Guide prior to attending the course. We will also be providing training on Report Manager, a product that will provide endless profit opportunities for new or existing customers while making your life with Crystal Reports that much easier.
