Deadlines
     Ads and session descriptions must be submitted by July 30, 2010.

EXHIBITORS registering 5 delegates by June 30/2010 will receive a $1000 rebate from their conference fee.

Foreign Exhibitors Information

If you are traveling from outside of Canada and bringing exhibit materials you can use the services of Events on the Move to help you at the border.
